How we assist
Supply-chain compliance and prevention of labour exploitation
Supporting businesses in preventing unlawful labour intermediation and exploitation (caporalato), with particular attention to logistics and labour-intensive services. Reviewing contracts, subcontracting, relationships with cooperatives and suppliers, counterparty selection and evidence of employment compliance. Contractual and organisational safeguards are coordinated with 231 models, internal reporting and checks on effective implementation.
Legality protocols and agreements with Prefectures
Legal support for businesses and trade associations in preparing, joining and implementing legality protocols and agreements with Prefectures, the territorial offices of Italy’s central government, and other competent public authorities. Assistance with institutional dialogue, commitments, contractual clauses and information flows, as well as monitoring and documenting the agreed activities.
Organisational models and control safeguards
Assistance in creating and updating organisation, management and control models under Legislative Decree 231/2001. Analysis of exposed processes, protocols, powers of attorney and delegated authority, reporting to the supervisory body and whistleblowing systems. The model is coordinated with environmental, data and cybersecurity risks according to the activities actually carried out.
Anti-mafia prevention and engagement with authorities
Advice on corporate relationships, suppliers, contracts and areas of risk exposure. Assistance in administrative proceedings, reconstruction of the documentary evidence and preparation of organisational measures. Protective action and compliance steps are assessed in relation to the particular measure and its legal basis.
Prefectural measures and compliance programmes
Support for businesses subject to collaborative administrative prevention measures under Article 94-bis of Legislative Decree 159/2011 and support and monitoring measures under Article 32(8) of Decree-Law 90/2014. Assistance in turning prescribed conditions into verifiable action: responsibilities, procedures, controls over relationships and supplies, collection of evidence and documentation of implementation.
Judicial administration and business assets

Angelo Tuzza is a Judicial Administrator registered in the ‘Experts in Business Management’ section of the national register established at the Italian Ministry of Justice. Illustrative example
Making a compliance programme verifiable
A business subject to prefectural conditions needs to demonstrate the organisational changes it has made. Assistance may include reviewing the decision, mapping relevant relationships, updating 231 safeguards and preparing supplier procedures. Defined responsibilities and deadlines, supported by evidence of completed activities, allow the programme to be documented in dealings with the competent bodies.
